Sinead Sinnott Presents Research at Assumption College's Undergraduate Symposium

Sinead Sinnott, a member of the class of 2015, presented her project "Perceptions and Prevalence of Mindfulness and Meditation among College Students." at Assumption College's 21st Undergraduate Symposium on April 20-21. Sinead’s project studied how the field of Positive Psychology can be used to improve the well-being of the general population as well as its relationship with meditation. The Undergraduate Symposium is a celebration of student research and creative work in the arts, humanities, and sciences.
