Rockland Student Maura Corbett Presents Research at Assumption College's Undergraduate Symposium

2013 Apr 24

Maura Corbett of Rockland, MA, class of 2014, presented her project: "Foreshadowing as a Digression in Beowulf" at the Undergraduate Symposium at Assumption College on April 15-16. Maura examined the various definitions of "digressions" and determined that the foreshadowing of Beowulf's and the dragon's battle should be considered a digression. The Undergraduate Symposium is a celebration of student research and creative work in the arts, humanities, and sciences.
