Olivia Burke, of Salem, Named to Assumption College Women's Volleyball Team

The Assumption College Department of Athletics has announced that Olivia Burke, of Salem, Class of 2018, is competitng on the Assumption College Women's Volleyball team during the Greyhounds' fall 2017 season.

"This group of talented young women has worked diligently, both on the court and in the classroom, to prepare for this season," said Elyse Rowland, head coach of the Women's Volleyball team. "Within only a few weeks, the camaraderie developed amongst the team has created a strong, close group of individuals who are committed to their athletic and academic growth here at Assumption."

The Hounds were ranked fourth in the NE10 in digs per set (17.7) and eighth in aces per set (1.47) a season ago with a roster that was void of seniors.
